I did a review on the QT-60 Pro. Check it out, it is an awesome radio. I use the 60 Pro portable and home (nice big display) and the QT-80 in my car. These radios are the best in class today. https://www.worldwidedx.com/threads/radioddity-qt-60-pro.269184/

QT-60 Pro = AT-5555NII (short chassis/newest model), QT-80 = AT-6666 Pro. Same radios, different names.

I recommend Radioddity radios. They are made in the same factory as Stryker. But, have support and a warranty. Also like half the cost of a Stryker. Look at QT-60 Pro and QT-80. Easy to enable 11m and NO alignment needed! If you buy it from the Radioddity website, I arranged a discount for WWDX...

They way that FCC handles part 97 RFI complaints now, directly involves ARRL, as the first point of contact. I would be interested to see if ARRL gets involved with a part 95 complaint, or if FCC sends a letter to the offender.

I don't think the FCC is going to do much, as CB is unlicensed.

Unfortunately, the audio is not capturing sound, just hiss and ambient noise. Can you describe the sound to me? Also, can you send in .wav? I am uploading an audio file I made of some RFI, as an example. Thanks SL
