Doesn't work like that. If it did it would be a return to general warrants. Cops could just go on fishing expeditions by using incorrect info. Also the daisies were grown OUTSIDE!!!! It was obvious that they were not weed so the search had to be stopped at that point.

Not if the warrant was based on false information, like daisies being weed.

For those wondering where this was, blue words are usually links related to the story. It happened in Lethbridge, Calgary, Canada. If Ca has the same "Fruit of the poisonous tree" law concerning the reason the cops went there, nothing found is legal evidence.

I may be wrong, but I seem to think that silver solder is used more for a mechanical bond rather than an electrical bond. Used with a much higher heat as well.
