    HAM IV not braking?

    I have a HAM IV that is not braking... it still offers some resistance, and the teeth looked good 6 months ago... but it is clearly not braking as I can grab the antenna and rotate it by hand... NOTE: I can hear it when I hit the brake release button on the box any ideas?
