Randy has been building antennas for quite a few years.
... and his prices are really competitive.
I'm kinda surprised that he doesn't sell a lot more of them, perhaps, He also has other things to do
when he used the term "interface" and not "key" that told me he was wanting to send computer generated CW, and, my mind, for whatever reason, jumped to repeater IDing, and I used the term MCW.
now that I am thinking about it, is HF MCW even legal now , except for repeater IDing?
The same seller also has this little goodie for sale too'

The current price from DXE is $1199.95.
$1149.95 from Gigga parts
..... both plus taxes
$700 is a "fair" price, considering the low hours.
You can find them for about $50 less on most forums, but, you KNOW ther seller and the amp history
does it have the 811a or the 572b tubes?
I would...
You just missed it by a few days. Ohio started collecting taxes on 9/1/19.

My state is not on the list (yet).
yeah, its real hard sometimes to get some people too believe that ALL the power going to the antenna is actually radiated, unless, its really WAAAAAAY off.
Overheating coax is highly over rated
Well, to start with,............... you tower "might" be interfering with the vertical elements.
... and the horiz ones too, but to a lesser degree.
You have the boom going thru the tower,.........................have you considered adding some mast to get the antenna above the tower?
So,.... you will have the radio, antenna, and amp on one ground rod, and the PS on 120 VAC on a different one.
Not the best method, but, sometimes,.......
Thats where I was going to next.... It just changes the current/voltage loop (node) (use whatever term suits you) 90 degrees, and the transmitter sees that phase shift.
In a purely resistive load (yeah, sure...) this is a moot point.
HUH??? If you actually read 47CFR90.427 (b) then you would know what the issue is.
a LICENCED station (WQVL958) being modified to Tx on frequencies not authorized by the license.
Where did you come up with the MURS reference? This is a station authorized to Tx @ 100,000 watts
Pretty cut and...
