Ok I found the issue it was the volume/squelch on/off potentiometer. I ordered one and now waiting. I do need the alignment procedures if anyone has it I can’t find, the RX and tax are off by around 1Mhz.

I received a CONNEX 3300HP that everything is working good on but the receive is very low. When I input a signal on say 27.205 MHz I can only hear it at -25dbm, I believe I should hear it at -100dbm or better? I cant find an alignment procedure for the radio. Any suggestions on where to look?

Thanks I seen that already. Looking at the schematic I believe it’s R23 dropping resistor 2.2k to T4 and plate of the tube. I’m going to lift it, check B+ voltage and check tube for shorts? See where that gets me.
