Ok. Amp works now! Replaced with (2) new 2N4025's. I guess the 2N4401's didnt work properly. Texas star must of changed its circuitry as this is a newer model. Pumphouse

Problem solved!!!! Just like you said, there was a resistor soldered across the PA and speaker jack. NO more talkback!!!! And just to think a local "tech" was going to charge me $20 to remove one resistor! Much Thanks again. This forum is awesome. Keep up the good work guys :)
