Who makes the best two element quad? If your able to use a tape measure and have the time you can make a great quad by yourself. Plenty of links online to help you get started

Need tuned input for 75 meters, need wrap coil for the PIL tuned tank and change load and tune caps . if it has a good power supply and is constructed well it wont be to much problem to make it a mono bander on 75 meters
