I believe the Alinco is different than the others. It has a smaller chassis. Might be closer to the Lincoln+2 as they share the same problem.

It should have onboard BMS (battery monitoring system) that takes care of cell balance, max charge and discharge current, battery temperature etc. so it shouldn't take anything special to charge it. The manual that came with the battery should confirm this. People with RVs replace their lead...

Channel 40usb is a good to qsy to. We just called it "The other channel" so we wouldn't get a bunch of people following and calling us while we were trying to talk.
