    DPS600PB OVP mod. 3 diodes give 2.1V higher OVP trigger point. So if PS is set to 14V it's just perfect.

    Without temperature compensation it won't work correctly anyway. If I don't know right bias value for the transistor I set bias for best linearity and IMD on the scope and spectrum analyser. Mike
