Yeah, neighbors are close but using the handheld they don't make any more noise than I've got at home. It's hard to pinpoint if I hold the handheld up vertically, but held on the flat side I can point right at different items and they all make noise.

I did it around my house and I've got noise everywhere. Pointing at the furnace makes noise, pointing at the TV makes noise, pointing at the breaker panel makes noise, there's just no end. There's no way to pinpoint the exactly what it is.

Yeah, kina what I was thinking when I saw two switches. I have seen kits installed that used one switch, and even three switches, but have read about the custom use of the two switch method. I'm just going to suggest that he get a counter and map it all out. Thanx!!

I've always had excellent results using a small length of 4" sched 40 plastic sewer line with 6 wraps of coax held in place by zipties. Worked perfect every time for me.

I had one of these way back mid 90s that would do something very strange. Never figured it out before I sold it. Had one that if I turned RF gain down, it would turn down the RF power at the same time. Weird.

Also, they use a little bulb on the board as a fuse for the receiver. Have no idea of the logic behind this, but it may not be a bad idea to replace the bulb or your receive may go out.

Was looking for the variable caps on the older ones for the input and output Tunes. It's not that big of a deal, really, it's just something my buddy had laying around Betty blew up, but we came across a couple of good output transistors so we figured we play around to see if we can get it working.

I know this is an ancient thread, but does anyone have any idea the power handling capability of this switch? I have one, but I can't find any of my documentation for it.
