Just guessing here but the "Tuning Baskets" are probably OK just need to lengthen the elements both driven and reflector for 11 meter freq and retune adjust the gammas

I have two horizontal dipoles up one ne/sw,,other nw/se they both work great for coverage from florida. using rg6quad as coax and adapters off of auction site for so239/pl259 installed at 40' height. getting to damn old to climb so wires, ropes and pulleys work fine for me
