Where have y'all found to be a good source of non-fake IRF-520 mosfets? I got a batch of fakies from Amazon that were biasing on hard at 2.5v, and become easily saturated with low drive. 70ma idle current happens about 2.2v. Tnx, Dave

I'm tinkering with the display in a 2990. I've searched high and low for info on JP1 on the CPU board. JP2 resets the processor, but I can't find any info on JP1. Anyone know what that is? Dave

I originally did this mod sometime back, after a total restoration of a 240D for a friend. I had recapped the rig, and changed all of the out-of-tolerance resistors. Not sure what it's called, I've been searching with various syntax, but not finding it. I saw a mod somewhere for the RCI 2950 ilk that would stop the "drop out/muting" between channels as you spin the knob. Is anyone familiar with that mod?
