Well, after poking around some more, the diode that is in front of the 8v regulator was bad, and the regulator itself was bad. I replaced both and she came right back to life! Thank you everyone for the help! I greatly appreciate it!

Thanks for the reply Andy! I checked everything you said, and I have 3.2v on pin #1, and the resistor/inductor look and test good at 33 ohms. Any other ideas?
