Any luck with the S-meter adjustment? Mine came out pretty good. I can tell the higher S readings are slightly off but close enough for me not to mess with them. It was just that floating/stuck on S-5 that was driving me crazy, which is fix now.

I followed the 5555N II service menu and for the most part, almost line by line, they were the same. Just the 2 digit abbreviation don't look the same, of course. But it worked.

I totally agree. It is a bit frustrating as mine is not quite adjusted properly. So now it just sits on the shelf waiting till this service menu access becomes available.
