11 meter is very quiet?

On 37 LSB at the moment, will be on here and there this afternoon, just went up to 38 and as usual it's absolutely useless to make any contacts with the baby sounds and the "Special 1111 guy" on the air,etc............

I didn't get much time on the radio today, but the little time I had, I made some good contacts. The first was about 30 seconds after turning my radio on this morning. I didn't even have a chance to take a drink of coffee before I heard WDX808 @Shadetree Mechanic booming in! Thanks for the morning qso Chris!

I was on for 30 minutes then got busy with other stuff. I turned it on again at 6 this evening and spent another 30 minutes making contacts, mainly in the east and northeast.
It seems like we're in for a good season of dx.
I hope everyone got their fill this weekend!

Definitely! There was a time we were talking every weekend. Keep in touch and we'll work out a time. I've been doing pretty good with stations up in your area.

I haven't had much time for radio because my mind has been polluted with a emergency buy of a different ATV because my old one got retired. Thursday is the start of Special deer hunting for Seniors and mentored hunters. And I can't drag them deer anymore. The next problem is I can't figured out how to mount a 102" whip on it with all that plastic body parts ! LOL

The sun hasn't set here yet so I'm still trying to get it while I can but man it's a train wreck!
