Every one of these I see sounds like a siren. Nobody cares about noise in a server rack.
And the RF filtering is not all that good.
I don't see a spec for the output voltage and current.
Color me skeptical.

What about Dell PowerEdge 2800 supply. Does 12v and 75amp.. but Dave's RC says they are clean on scope, (like a battery he said in an email).. cost is $75 flat.
He said the Dell can't go up any as there is no POT to turn it up inside. I don't even know if the TS500 would run on a flat 12v...
Or possibly a 57 amp model for $60..?

Did you have any receiver hash from the powermax charger? Everyone online seems to love them but mine was noisy. I use it as a battery charger now.
You can tweak It for 13v and they are pretty much rock solid on staying put on a load
He's got a 57amp model that does 12.33v.. he agreed to what you said, they definitely hold amps and power with no drop out...my only question would be if 12-12.33vDC would cut it with an amp??

I'm curious what changed or failed to cause the noise. I have the dell 6800 server supplies on my work bench but don't use them enough to know if they have any rf hash. They are mainly for testing amps and the occasional jump start.
