Any one used these before?
I had one come in yesterday and someone moved the 10 meter coil tap. 10 meters was factory installed on this unit.

The tune and load capacitors do not mesh together so I think the tap is the problem. Maybe it should be returned back to it's original location and the two input trimers need to be adjusted.

Any idea's?

When it is properly tuned the tuning caps should be approx half meshed. Move the tap to the 10 meter position...........it should load out on 11 meters there. You can fine tune the tap after you determine the amp is ok to get the proper dips on the tuners.

I agree BC.
Another thing I noticed was when you tune and modulate the ALO light comes on and the amp kicks out. I am tinking it is doing that because of a mismatch in the input tuning circuit.
