I can't get on the roster until I can get past this "cop for hire". Should I say 'uncle'?

It only lets you sign up once. For some reason, I stopped getting the notifications about new sign-ups so I've missed a few. I'll get the roster up to date ASAP and post the new members.

Why do you have to be licensed to join the club? By letting cb'ers and other radio enthusiasts join they might be encouraged to obtain their license.
If you want to be a member then get licensed, history proves that if you provide something for free there is zero incentive.
