How come when I click on link to join the W9WDX club I get this message?

"You have exceeded the number of responses allowed per user for this form."

So how to I resolve this issue?

I dunno. That's what it says for me, too.
I can't get on the roster until I can get past this "cop for hire". Should I say 'uncle'?
