Figures.Got a 3 watt dead key,swings to a whole 6 with mod. pot turned up.If its a best smart cb the itty bitty bugger you push the second button from right or channel selector and hold the mics ptt then turn it on .will show ph or pl.tap the up or down button on mic n select ph shut off n start it again.letter H should show about middle of righ side of screen.if not try again.and on some just push thatbsecond button n turn on,select ph via mic up down button n see if H shows up

Just the right size for these newer vehicles that don't have any room for a full size radio.For what they are they are decent.only reason i traded mine off i prefer ssb.they were traded for a ssb radio.otherwise stout little buggers in a pint size package
