Absolutely. Someone downloaded the incomplete site and uploaded it to a new domain. It's not the OG site.

Look at the copywrited date at the bottom.
That is not the official updated CBTricks website.
It is an older cloned version. It may be safe, but it is not the official website.

Edit: just checked and now it does say bennie.... it didnt last time I checked. what the heck is going on and if it is him, why is the site so messed up?

I do not believe it's Bennie.
He put way to much effort into the site to allow it to be put back up half ass.
Never did it that way and don't think he would do it now.
