Got response from Stryker today. And responded with FC347 type jack on back or mini Lincoln 2+ size freq counter.

Stability of a 2950 with the audio of a galaxy , 6 digit frequency counter, SSB, a decent sounding speaker, ability to go 40 over and under cb band, and I'll agree to a remote head would be nice. All this under $400 and I need 3. Power is unimportant as I'd rather have a separate amp.

Pretty hard to beat a loaded FT-840. Doesn't work on flies, though.
