External device to play sound clips on a CB radio

Have you even read the little Part 95 insert that comes with new radio's back in the day? If you have and you need it spelled out you than you need a lot of help with readng comprehension. I need a lot of help with my spelling so it's find we all have our weak spots.

I have made this easy for you and have cut out the appropriate section for your review:

§ 95.933 Prohibited CBRS uses.

In addition to the prohibited uses set forth in § 95.333, the operator of a CBRS station must not use a CBRS station:
... legalese stuff -- snipped
As I'm not from the US.. but still curious about "CBRS" I wondered what it was.
Seems it stands for this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizens_Broadband_Radio_Service
Is that correct? It does not seem be about the normal CB band?

Also found it interesting that it mentions make no contact outside of US.

Sorry, just puzzled.

"CBRS" as in Citizen's Band Radio Service. Everything has to have an acronym, after all.

"comes with new radio's back in the day?"

Until recently it forbid contacts over 100 miles distant. That rule was rescinded. As if anyone were ever influenced either way. Numerous restrictions have been relaxed in the last 40 years. The rules packed with a 1979 radio are out of date.

Reading further down in the notice it says something to the effect that he was already viewed as " not being compliant" before this action.
The very first time he had contact with the FCC, if he simply stopped the jamming of channel 39, it would have faded into oblivion.
To even get to the point of a field agent actually getting into a vehicle and going to find him, he was already out of control.
It takes phone calls, letters, e mails, recording's and a trail of complaints to get them to pay attention to the cb so he must have been at it for a while.
He is now getting the attention he wanted, and it's not what he thought.

How do they enforce collection? How long does it last if one works for cash for several years following the fine? I know how people get out of it on a state level, are there similar loopholes for federal fines?

They have to take him to federal court and get a judgement from the judge to enforce the fine.
It will take forever.....

I read that they can refer the matter to the DOJ. I think that opens the door to criminal prosecution, search warrants and seizure.

Have they have ever went as far as a search warrant?
Read this.

Note that even when the two field agents came back with two Merced police officers, he denied them entry into the house.
Now, by operating a CB radio station you give them permission to inspect your station, and if you refuse you also agree that if you don't,they can fine you.
They can't strong arm there way into your home without a warrant signed by a judge.

Yes, the FCC has to get the legal system involved to enforce monetary fines.
An example is FCC version Ranger , the US deputy district attorney brought charges in federal court, not the FCC itself.

The thing is that if this guy was not a total doush it would have never gotten to what it was.
Yes technically noise toys are taboo, this guy is a different level.
