Ham rig: the ICOM IC-7300. Full DSP, VFOs don't drift, Tx & Rx audio equalizers, lots of memories for favorite frequencies. CB rig: GE, model number TBD. It's 40 channel with SSB. My ICOM IC-706mkIIG with the "MARS Mod" is CB capable and has FM. Better turn down the power out. I really modded it for 60 meter use.

I think my all time favorite mobile is the ICOM IC-2820H.
What a fantastic radio!
Wideband receive
amber green display. (amber is great for night driving.
over 500 memory channels(i really don't need more than 100)
DSTAR is a great upgrade but i never did the upgrade.
and the DTFF mic was a beast that never let me down
I really liked the removeable head unit. it allowed me to secure the radio under my dash and only have the head unit visible decluttering my dash.
Extremely reliable radio that had great transmission power and good reception.

Interesting that this contest came up, since...

You didn't say current radio so My all time favorite radio is a Hammerland HQ180AC General coverage Receiver that I used as my Novice receiver. It was paired with a Johnson Viking Ranger transmitter, Johnson Viking Matchbox antenna tuner, home brew VFO for the Ranger when that became legal. I don't remember what key I used.

I really enjoy my Kenwood TH-K20A, an underrated HT that often gets overlooked.

It has a wicked good receiver, and I've used it for AMSAT for many years.
