This could be the start of the end of all the online sellers like the folks who brought us the "Super Wack Job Pack". Nice to see them go after these clowns.

Yes, they stepped over the line with the radio modifications that increase Power/Frequency coverage of certified radios.
Many out of the box 10/12 meter radios are legal, the FCC has admitted this in court.
Openly selling hopped up Cb radios are in direct violation of the rules.
These guys better pull down their web site and respond that they are gonna comply or they are gonna get fined and there is not much they can do about it.
Stupid is as stupid does.

That's considered "taking action against flagrant violators?" Wow.....I got in more trouble for not doing my homework in school!
 
If he doesn't respond, he might get another warning or might get a NAL and fine. Depends on the guy doing the second letter.
