Actually no Turkey today...just the 2 of us...
I have 2/ Bone-In Rib-Eyes...that weigh 3.34 lbs combined...
Marinating now in Olive Oil/Westchester/ground onion and Sea Salt...
will cook later today...about mid afternoon w/ Baked Tater's and Salad... Butter rolls
