Issue with icom746

I turned on my icom 746 and it went right to transmit!! Tried everything I could to "undo it" but no success... I don't have the service manual
but after thinking about it could it be the "pin diode" switching??

Without service manual and basic measurement all is guessing.

Maybe check your Vox, or CW button?

I would unplug any microphone or CW Key that may be plugged into it just so you know it's not one of those causing the issue.I would also do a Complete Factory Reset & see if it unlocks the carrier.Can't hurt in any case.I have an ICOM 746 as my backup radio & it's the 4th one I have owned.

Also unplug anything attached to an ACC port in the back.
