My Latest Antenna Project

Nice work-- I really like quads, have built several of those and delta loops over the years. It does sound as though your Q-section is too long, but if you have a good match across the band I wouldn't worry about it.

Looks great I always enjoyed the quads, and on a two element should have great bandwidth.

I second what RickC posted, the 75 ohm piece of coax does seem a bit long but if you have a good match it does not matter. :thumbup1:
 
I really like, it JJ. It's a beauty!
I enjoyed the 2 element Quad I had, too.
If you have no reason to worry about rejection, perhaps turning your reflector into a director might be of some advantage to you . . .

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
