On Super Bowl Sunday there is no TV from Spectrum in Louisville

Yes out bill has been paid. But for whatever reason most of the channels that are carrying the Super Bowl are not on. I mean really? Their advertisements are how reliable they are compared to Dish type services and on this major sporting event they drop the F'n ball. I just can't believe it!
At least I can get the game using the outdoor television antenna. I wonder if some genius decided Sunday would be a good day to implement some software upgrades?

I have spectrum and they are lousy.
