Good advice, I run brave at home so no ads. Here at work I am stuck on Edge so the premium membership really helps.

It certainly can be that at times.
But it is also a wonderfully entertaining and informative site full of friendly and knowledgable members. Like most things, it’s all in the eye of the beholder.

Ads help fund the expense of hosting the forum, software upgrades ECT.
The Admin staff here has volunteered countless hours of work over the years helping build and maintain the site.
A premium membership makes ads go away, as does software easily found on the internet, tho many users here have elected to donate to keep the forum running.
We certainly appreciate those users who contribute to help keep the lights on.
