whats the blue box for in your mobil setup for?

It's not my set up; but I can tell you what it is.
The "Galaxy 350" is a linear amplifier. When one uses a stock radio with a small power output, one can add an additional linear amplifier to vastly boost the output power by using one. This makes the operator able to leap tall buildings with a single switch. Well; not exacly - but they can help extend the useful distance of the radio.
