Like others have mentioned already. the best 40 channel Ssb radios ever made, at least IMO, are the uniden pc122xl, trc465, 146gtl and similar chassis radio’s. They have excellent tx audio, and are rock solid on frequency. They just work really well, and are good for mobile use as well.

Sideband mobile CB with best/most audio

I am assuming we are talking about SSB Audio - per the title of the thread.
In all seriousness, not counting exports or 10 meter radios, my picks for a "mobile CB with the best SSB Audio" would be:
1. Any mobile CB that uses the Uniden uPD858C Deluxe (extra RX stage) chassis especially if it still has the original NEC 1306/1307 driver/final combo.
2. CPI 400
3. Any mobile CB that uses the Dual Conversion MB8719/MB8734 chassis.
