I think someone posted a NPC mod somewhere in a thread recently. I assume you're looking for more swing on AM?
I know with the new Lincoln that when AM power is set low to around 1W there is very little swing - maybe 5W unless mods are performed.

To the original person who posted, I should mention these radios are SMT so not the same as working on older style radios.
Easy way is do it like the eBay swing mods if using through board parts. Just add wires to the ends and heat shrink. Easier to attach wires than rigid component leads.
I did the Lincoln II mod last week - thank you to sp5it for all of the information.
Extremely small SMT parts but I managed to get my resistor and diode attached.
The big problem with these radios is they aren't designed to be set low on AM and swing upwards. The NPC mod allows you to set the deadkey below 1 watt and still swing upwards for use with an amplifier on AM.
