Has anyone else started having issues with Tram-Browning's support and general attitude towards product and customer support? I'm not ready to post any details yet as I'm hoping the situation can be resolved, but I'm very close to discontinuing all Tram-Browning products as a result of what's been happening. Anyone else getting some bad vibes from them lately?

I had bad vibes from them a long time ago. I told them how I felt about their shitty attitudes and they started crank calling me. I bought a bunch of shitty antennas from them, that didn't last a year. This was about 5-6 years ago. I didn't buy more after that.

I would be amazed if the current Tram-Browning company has any connection at all to either the original Tram or Browning companies! Much more likely is that the Tram-Browning brand came up for sale and some overseas company, from China or Korea or wherever, is leveraging the reputation of the name to sell crap product.

Really? The names were stolen, like all of the antenna designs they made. Same as all of the defunct tube company names.

That's a puzzle. For years, they were known as "Wholesale Parts", located in Oklahoma. Changed their name fifteen or so years ago to "Browning Tram". Figure they licensed the Browning name from Glen Hendrix for a fee. The Tram name is likely up for grabs. Got flyers from them for years after our last purchase. But not recently. Their product line just kept expanding. Got a lot of coax from them back in the day. Sounds like another one bites the dust.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
