I live up off of exit 247 on I-35 here in Austin. I woke up this morning, checked the conditions outside, and tuned in to channel 19 to listen in on the action. There are a few good little hills and plenty of "4-wheelers" to get in the way around here. As expected there was mayhem aplenty...
The pizza pan trick didn't work for me, so I moved my stuff into the living room. I'm getting much better reception in here and it's even better when I put my antenna out on the balcony. I live close to I-35 in Austin and traffic here is terrible, so I get plenty of talk from the frustrated...

One of my friends just used an old car alarm horn for his PA. Works pretty well and you could probably get one cheap or free. There probably tons of them at junk yards.
So what happens when someone tunes a radio? What do they do? Why can't it be done at the factory and save me the trouble and expense? Where would I send a unit to get it tuned?
Oh, and where do I find information on proper CB etiquette? I don't want to get one and then make a bunch of...
