The problem is that if you google a specific item (as I did) then you go into their site at the item searched and NEVER see the disclaimer, it's only posted on the front page.

^^This!!!^^^^ Finally got my item, fortunately I paid with paypal so after a week I was able to open a claim with paypal and that eventually got things moving.

I also took mine on the 19th, it was posted on the ULS on the 24th. My VE's said they would priority mail it on the 19th as soon as they finished testing. Congrats on passing and hope your call is posted soon!

So far their shipping is abysmal, 2 weeks and they still haven't shipped, customer support is the same automated email regardless of the question.

Just got back from the Marlboro hamfest, passed the tech and gen with 100s but missed the advanced by 2 questions!!!!
