    Have the above radio humming bad when the power switch is turned in the off position, the hum stops when the power switch is on. But during transmit everyone says it has a bad hum, could this be the Electrolytic can capacitor next to the transformer causing this issue? Thanks for all feedback

    RCI 2950dx

    Have a 2950dx, when keyed it starts beeping and the face lights dim and then go to normal, it also dead keys 25 watts (will not adjust) with no modulation. SSB works fine, radio was working great till this happened. I’ve never seen one do this, any help or guidance would be appreciated.
