At least my "drifty" ranger has a frequency counter that is easy to read. What is it with president and the tiny frequency display that is very difficult to read mobile?
The old style radios with function switches were a lot better in the mobile, for sure. I wish that someone would make an easy fix for the Galaxy drift. I have a whole shelf of them. I don't mind cranking the clarifier to get on frequency, it's just hard to call CQ if I don't hear anyone. If nobody is talking, it's hard to know where "on frequency" is.
President should have added bluetooth headset compatibility. It would have made the vox function much more useful,

Looks nice (and similar to another radio), but I sure wish these "10 meter" radios would have a large frequency display and a small channel display (or at least have it switchable like the 20+ old Midland 79-290
Well i got mine and actually am loving it quite a bit ! I'm in the US or the states you could say, and bought from a French company with the export mod in place.

I don't think so, follows the same progression as the Lincoln II+ and the Grant II Premiums. President seems to do this.
