I use 10 milligrams of melatonin and it works great along with my CPAP machine!!

My wife got me some Tylenol PM. Been using it for a few nights, I take it about 45 minutes before I lay down for the night. Seems to be helping.

Get equipment to do the lifting when you can and if your going to have to do it more than once the mind is the strongest part of the body. We've even invented or modified tools to make the job easier, I use to tell them at work, When I retire I want to walk to the pond to go fishing not use a wheel chair. The mind is stronger than the back.
