A former coworker swears by WD-40. Spray it on a paper towel, rub it on your aching joints. This was for real too, he would do it while we were at work.
I had someone else tell me that about WD40.
This is getting better and better. My sister, true story boys, wanted to help me out with arthritis issues. Without explaining all the 'truths' she had read about she decided to make a pain relief for me. I don't remember and don't want to remember all the ingredients. I got the package in the mail in which the Mason jar had not broken, that's the only miracle that presented itself. I took one whiff of this potion and was cured. I swore if I had to use this stuff for my pain and experience that odor again I'd rather be dead. Arthritis was a piece of cake after that. BTW I poured that the jar's contents in my back yard and now I have a 5' circle of cleared land, nothing grows there any more. I'll use it to mount an antenna base for my new radio. " But it's organic man." Yeah OK, thanks sis.
Worked with a guy, he told us his grandmother soaked cannabis in rum and used it as a rub.

I had some DMSO, my mother-in-law would use it. Slapped some on my shoulders and started itching like I had rolled in the hay field. Took a shower to get the stuff off of me then threw it away. I had that stuff for several years, I think it was out of date, because I don't remember it making me itchy like that before.
@G-Golly Wally. You are probably correct. I used it twice. It worked pretty well buy got scared off. I had a friend at the track and she offered it to me one day when she noticed me rubbing my hands. I t seemed to help. Had I won that race I might not have been wringing my hands! LOL
Stated taking the supplement Osteo Bi-Flex. After about a week and a half I've noticed less shoulder pain, not perfect but definitely an improvement,

I know a fellow that used to soak some potent lords lettuce it in 151 Bacardi when still available, pretty much numb all your pain!
