TVZ getting his ass kicked

Kb0eo was working the world on 425 (unlike TVZ) So the poor bloke had to move.
Todd must be on new medication! I've been hearing him all over the band.And he is having more luck getting his CQ's answered !
But I've been using him for awhile now as a beacon to see if 10 is open or not. Now he is moving around makes it harder for me.
Although his therapist would regard this as a major break through ,it does however negate his one redeeming trait.

I have been following the antics of TVZ for quite a while now.
I have heard ( not sure if true) that the FCC paid the guy a visit.
Now I dont know what was said, but I can guess, but after I found out
I checked .425 and no TVZ to be found. About a day later I heard him
on .432 doing the same thing (CQ over and over) then he started moving around.
Can anyone confirm the FCC thing ?

I doubt it is true. There is no FCC or other law about being a complete asshole on the air or otherwise as long as no rule violations occur. It is entirely possible to be 100% legal and still be a 100% asshole.
he likes to pretend that he doesn't hear other station and therefore he isn't guilty of deliberate interference.
I think the real reason he now is changing freqs is to record people that are following him as he QSYs,..............
for all you newer operators, it is possible to (sometimes) not hear another station and to interfere with them, that is not illegal,...........
but,............ if you follow someone around the band and QRM them, then that is clearly deliberate and malicious interference.
I made some good contacts on 10 meters yesterday, but really was surprised at the QRM'ers that were out there. I mean really, just how long does it take you to tune your antenna/amp? For some, it's obviously about 10-15 minutes.
Coolest contact was Andy, WA2CP, who was at a Boy Scout Camp in New York. Yep, they have a shack set up there to help Boy Scouts get their Radio merit badge, and to recruit them into the ham ranks.
