No details yet but it has been reported and confirmed on the ARRL contest letter that the MASSIVE 80/160m rotatable yagi at OH8X aka Radio Arcala has collapsed in a storm. A quote says "The Radio Arcala team is preparing a report that will be available in a few days."

This is it before the collapse.

Is this the same antenna they base jump off of?

I have seen a few you tube video of it. Big honking antenna.

Just an FYI to you guys... don't watch the YouTube video of the OH8X antenna rotating around. I caught a nasty malware from it... tough to kill it but I finally got it done. See what I get for being curious about this post?

In case I'm too late, here's how to kill it:
3 Easy Ways to Remove "Antivirus Security Pro" virus

Malwarebytes has a free program to remove it. Not pushing the program, but it did work. There are a couple other ways to get rid of it as described on the site listed above.

Or even an Apple laptop, for that matter. Sadly, it's my work laptop, using Windows 7. Didn't mean to throw the subject off either... just thought others might look the subject up and watch the same stupid infected video that I did! It really is/was an impressive setup.
