That has to be a hoax. He will be lucky if someone doesn't jack him for his $10. Anyone willfully spreading a potentially life threatening disease can probably go to jail for it.

Speaking of which, what will happen when the nations detention centers get this? We already have a shortage of prison guards, this might turn out very bad......

When I was a kid parents would have "measles parties, mumps parties, and chicken pox parties where they would take all of their kids that have not had these illnesses and give them all four to six hour party to expose them all.

The sky is falling again today...

US up 103 cases to 538, and 3 additional deaths.

Italy has diagnosed another 1492 cases, and 133 additional deaths, which brings Italy's death toll to 366.

Other European countries are quickly moving up the list, notably France, Germany and Spain with 1209, 1040 and 674 cases.

S. Korea remains a statistical anomaly...same number of cases as Italy, but only 50 reported deaths.

With the dip in the stock market, now is the time to get in. Arline stocks would be a good buy. After the pandemic blows over, the stock market will rebound. Same thing with the market in 2008. Buy low sell high. Be aggressive when others are fearful, be fearful when others are aggressive. The knee jerk reaction of most stock holders is wrong and can be used to an advantage.

Went to get me some Pandemic Propane, had two 30 gal. to fill. Had to go 30 miles due to re-cert on tanks. Watching national news now.....the sky has fallen. According to left wing hysteria it's end of times.

Another fella was getting re-cert on 100 gal. Pandemic Propane tank. Yup.....Propane, toilet paper, and bullets.

140 cases in NY. Would hate to be in over populated areas. Seems these outbreaks are reported in most liberal cities. Oh, I forgot, national news (liberal thinking) only reports about left wing liberal populism.

Fallout 2020 now available without need for a Xbox. Zombies soon to follow right out of The Walking Dead.

Pandemics in history have killed millions at a time, so I can understand the desire to prevent another. But this one, with the help of modern medicine, isn't shaping up to be like that. The apparent death rate plummets as more cases are identified under more aggressive testing. Some folks who are already unhealthy should probably worry a bit, as well as those in third world countries with people living on top of people...but not most of us.

Anyway, long way of saying it's the panic and hype that I don't get.

Flu 1968: death toll 1 million
Asian flu 1956: 20-50 million
Cholera 1910: 800,000
Flu 1889: 1 million
Cholera 1852: 1 million
Bubonic Plague 1346: 75-200 million
Bubonic Plague 541: 25 million
Antonine Plague 165: 5 million

And of course, AIDS killed 36 million from 2005-2012
