I have a workman bb3 tornado echo board and I want to install it in a radio but I do not have the instruction sheet any body know how its wired/? or have info on obtaining these instructions thanks........

ok it was r 183 works great turned dk to 2.5 and swing to 16 and on ssb swings to 25 cant i belive that lol don't hve a peak meter to see what it does on peak

not sure with radio facing me component side up I pulled i pulled leg on left and installed diode baned side down.......... if you flip radio over the resistor and diode are connected to eachother would I hae to take theglass diode out and use the n4001?

I tried the 228 resistor and nothing all stayed the same no difference I was just loookin on google and found the 264 mod for 148gtl nwst thought it might be the same yea I know this radio not the best just an expirement radio thanks

want to do the swing mod but cant find the location of this resister anybody have an idea where this resistor is located ? thanks

went to the shack yes they had it luckily but the nte235 cross references to a c2078 and c2029 and c2166

I have this old radio and it dosent have final or driver I have 2 1969's so iput one in it but no have driver can I use a c2075 or c2078 in place of 2166 driver or a 2029 final out of a 29 to drive this 1969 ? thanks for any info....

just noticed the mike gain knob pulls out and in just like a switch and it says mike gain and anf not sure what anf stand for when I push it in the static gets louder when pushedin the static gets deeper and ideas?

when i got the radio it had 1969's in it but it had this same problem thats why we got the 2312 made by eleflow they said it was the replacement for the 1969's thought it might take care of the problem ive talked to one guy in california said there is a swing kit mod simple for this radio...

i have the amc mod and expo mod but this radio barley has any swing this radio has 2166 driving 2x 2312 pretty much same as 1969 i know nobody likes this radio but it sounds great just need some swing i get 2 to 2.5 watts of swing.... any mods for this would be greatly appriciated i cant find...

Yes originally had 2sc2290 in it but it has been reworked a few caps and resisters changed and some rewraping hes only running a 10amp power supply ill hook it to a battery later and see what it does power wise maybe maybe 10amps not enough to key on side band if it requires certain amount on am...
