Yeah this thing works great. 6 errors to even reply. Sorry but it is slower. Impossible to navigate on a phone. It's just not worth the effort. I used to check in several times a day with Tapatalk. Would someone email me if you ever go back? 73 all. Looking for another forum.

Are these radios as hard to program as rumored? I try to help less software say hams to program their radio. I have not tried one of these. Any hints if I do so?

40 meter is non stop nets from 6pm. Easy to find and hit. Always a relay that can hear you.

I have seen very few antenna straps last more than a year. I put a tripod up 5 years ago and it has survived some serious wind.

Used 880 ever where under $400. No special antenna needed.
