Yes does it on all sideband as well

All pots have been deoxited

Are you using a 4 wire mic on a 5 wire radio like a turner mic

I'd also look into cleaning it a second time. They don't ALWAYS get clean the first time, especially if they are excessively dirty.

Is there any excessive shaft wobble on that pot? Had the same problem with the center wiper in the pot that wasn't making a good connection with the resistive oxide surface due to shaft wobble. Ended up having to replace that pot. Hope you don't have the same issue. Clean it well.

no i hear whistle its a deep tone whistle sound,its not a screchy feedback sound.
