That radio was introduced decades after Howard Sams quit publishing the CB series books. Any radio model newer than 1981 is not in those books.
CB Tricks has the WX ST version, but not the NW night watch.

Would you happen to have info for the President Madison with the 858 pll? I bought the manual, but it turned out to be a bad photo copy and the schematic was missing a part.
