I don't think that is the problem. I have run HRD 5.24.0.38 on 64bit systems exclusively. I have run it on Windows 7 64bit, Windows 8 and 8.1 without any issues. This is my experience anyway. Cheers

Yup, it holds a charge fine. It is weird ain't it.

It is just static. It keeps the squelch open with about S5. It doesn't matter where I am or a direction of travel. It is just there. There is nothing more annoying than trying to monitor a frequency and have that all the time.

Get the 2 seperate antennas and use a Comet CF416W Duplexer. That way you don't have to do any cable switching.:thumbup:

Nope, can't be done. The radio will only receive 136-174 MHz and FM radio 76-108 MHz. You are out of luck.
